Bougainvillea, once a distant traveler, now adorns countless doorways, its brilliant colors breathing joy into daily life. Chamaecyparis, ever steadfast, rises with the seasons stirringsits silent ascent a testament to resilience and calm. The azalea spins with the breeze, each blossom a ballerina in a wistful, romantic waltz. Cape Leadwort, with its serene five-petal blooms, murmurs of peaceblooming softly from winters farewell to summers shy arrival. These flowers, entwined with memory and meaning, open slowly in the warmth of spring, telling their stories in petals and scent.

Long ago, Bougainvillea crossed oceans to reach Taiwan, taking root in this welcoming land. Through wind and rain, it stands quietly by the thresholdwelcoming guests, climbing walls, and splashing bold color across the canvas of everyday life.

Lennon Tool Bar was founded in 2014 at Tamsui, Taiwan. Initially, it started to promote arts and crafts of Indigo Dyeing, a business that flourished a century ago in Taiwan, and at the time, Taiwan exported a considerable amount of “doroai,” or the raw material of colorants used in Indigo Dyeing, to the Japanese Empire. Lennon Tool Bar draws inspiration from the traditional process and the popular colors used in Indigo Dyeing.
