He was greatly inspired by dramatic changes in light, nature and weather. In thisthird part of the Painter series, the colors are based off ofTurner’s painting “The Harbor of Dieppe”, depicting the french harbor in the early morning and “Fishermen at Sea”, showcasing Turner’s profound skill at depicting moonlight.
