About Rhodia:

Rhodia started as a family business known as Verilhac Brothers in France around 1880. Their famous orange cover notepad was first made 1934. It was one of the first notebooks making the high quality paper widely available at the time. The Rhodia logos represents the founding brothers. They first made their notepad in Lyon by the Rhne river. People born in this region are called Rhodaniens, and hence the name of Rhodia.
