Instructions:

1. Snap-Off Blade:
Remove the end cap.
Push up the blade to expose the next blade section.
Snap off the dull blade using the end cap.
2. Replace Blade:
Remove the end cap by sliding it away from the handle.
Insert a new blade and replace the cap securely.
